In this Helpful Hint video we will cover how to integrate Feedly and Buffer for a powerful content strategy. There are a couple of things to note.
Feedly is a place to set up your content aggregation system. You add RSS feeds from all the top blogs and websites in your industry, create folders based on topic areas (keywords) and then each day you have a good selection of top quality content to support your communications calendar. The paid version has more functionality, but with an extra step or two, the free version works just fine.
Buffer is a great little tool that acts as a catch all for your content and drip feeds the posts out at schedule times during the day. It integrates well with and posts to Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Google+. I am a fan of posting directly into Facebook rather than using a 3rd party tool, but use Buffer for the other 3 platforms on a regular basis. Follow the simple steps in the video to get started then find good quality content, add it to Buffer and let your social media work for you while you are doing what you do best in your business.
Together, these two fantastic tools will help you streamline your social media efforts and save you time, so you can do what you do best in your business.
