I founded Social Mediology in 2009, to fulfil my passion of connecting people, organisations and ideas. As an early adopter, I've used social media as a tool for growing powerful customer communities, building brands, increasing sales and creating social change and for many years. I've worked on social media strategies and training for some of the worlds largest corporates and not-for-profits and still have a passion and commitment to helping small business access these powerful marketing and customer service tools.
